Welcome to Palm Coast Farmers Market ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at palmcoastfarmersmarket.com, our vendor portal, mobile applications, event registrations, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Registration

Certain features of our Services — including the vendor portal, booth booking, and payment processing — require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment through our Services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Your payment card or bank account details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services, including booth booking fees, event registration fees, and any applicable taxes. Fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Requests must be submitted via email to info@palmcoastfarmersmarket.com at least 7 days before the scheduled market date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations unless the market is cancelled by management due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vendor Content: By uploading content to our Services (including photos, logos, product descriptions, and business information), you grant Palm Coast Farmers Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services, marketing materials, partner communications, media kits, and promotional activities.
