With Partners & Sponsors

We work with market partners, sponsors, and affiliated businesses ("Partners") to deliver co-branded events, promotions, and services. We may share your contact information, demographic data, purchasing patterns, and event attendance data with Partners for purposes including:

  • Co-branded marketing campaigns and cross-promotions
  • Sponsor fulfillment and reporting (e.g., event attendance metrics, audience demographics)
  • Partner offers, discounts, and promotions relevant to your interests

When we share information with Partners, we require them to use it only for the purposes described and in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of Partner sharing at any time (see Section 10).

Audience Insights & Reports

We compile anonymized and aggregated data about our market visitors, vendors, and event attendees into reports that we may sell or license to third parties, including sponsors, advertisers, real estate developers, municipal agencies, tourism boards, and media buyers. These reports contain statistical and demographic information and do not include your name, email, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers.

Advertising & Targeted Marketing

We use MailerLite to manage our email campaigns. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account, bookings, and payments.

SMS/Text Message Notifications

By providing your phone number and creating an account on the Palm Coast Farmers Market platform, you consent to receive text messages, which may include:

  • Market day reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before events)
  • Account and security notifications

Promotional Messages (with consent)

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. By opting into SMS, you consent to the sharing of your phone number with Twilio for delivery purposes and with Partners for co-branded promotional messages (if you have opted in to Partner communications).

Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information (card number, bank account details) is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive only transaction references, payment status, and receipt URLs from Stripe.
